VOC membrane separation device

It has a significant effect on reducing CO2 emissions during combustion and the amount of raw materials used.

Our company offers the "VOC Membrane Separation Device," which combines CO2 emission reduction effects with high economic efficiency. It demonstrates significant effectiveness against exhaust gases from plants that are sources of VOC gases in the petrochemical industry, such as polypropylene, polyethylene, and ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol (EO/EG). Due to its excellent economic and social benefits, there have already been over 500 adoptions in countries such as China, Taiwan, Thailand, and Nigeria, and three of our devices are currently operating in Japan. [Case Studies] - Recovery of exhaust gases in the EO/EG process - Recovery of polypropylene exhaust gases - Recovery of polyethylene exhaust gases - Reduction of gasoline vapor concentration *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Construction Example] Adoption of liquid membrane in wastewater treatment facility of a food factory (mekabu factory)

Compactness that allows effective use of idle water tanks! Strong against load fluctuations, making operation management easy.

We would like to introduce a case where our wastewater treatment equipment (membrane in liquid) was adopted at the wastewater treatment facility of the mekabu factory. With the full-scale production at the Sendai factory, enhancing the wastewater treatment facility became an urgent issue. To address the constraints of the factory site (ensuring green space), we adopted a membrane in liquid that can strengthen treatment capacity by installing membrane units in idle tanks. We have received feedback from our customers stating, "Currently, we are using it in conjunction with the existing standard activated sludge method, but since the membrane separation activated sludge method absorbs the load fluctuations, it has made operation management easier and we are grateful for that." [Overview of the Equipment (Excerpt)] ■ Product: Processed colored seaweed, mozuku, mekabu ■ Treated water volume: 600-700m3/day (total), 500m3/day (membrane 1, 200 sheets) ■ Issue: March 2012 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Water Treatment Equipment] Rice Cracker Factory in Fukushima Prefecture (600m3/d Treatment)

Introduction of case studies on water treatment systems that enable processing without increasing tank capacity.

Here is a case study of a rice cracker factory in Fukushima Prefecture that introduced our "water treatment system." At this factory, operations using standard activated sludge equipment faced increased raw water loads, making it difficult to operate with the existing facilities. To enable treatment without increasing the tank capacity, they adopted our membrane guarantee system, which includes remote monitoring. As a result, the membrane unit was placed in the existing tank, allowing for operation without the need for tank expansion. Furthermore, part of the existing tank was repurposed as a backup emergency sludge tank, making the system more compact and reliable during emergencies. 【Case Study】 ■Challenges - Initially operated with standard activated sludge equipment, but raw water loads increased. - It became difficult to operate with the existing facilities. - Wanted to enable treatment without increasing tank capacity. - There were issues with remote monitoring and the membrane guarantee system. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Immersion-type membrane separation device "Liquid Membrane"

Without a sedimentation tank and using a liquid membrane for solid-liquid separation, it is compact while enabling wastewater treatment that does not contain SS or pathogenic E. coli!

The "Liquid Membrane" is a wastewater treatment device that achieves space-saving while solving the issues of treated water quality that were difficult to address with conventional aeration tanks and sedimentation tanks. 【Features】 ■ Clean treated water that does not contain SS or pathogenic E. coli ■ Membrane-treated water can be used directly for reclaimed water ■ Chemical cleaning can be performed while the device is installed in the tank *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
